DotA Tournament

September 16th is the set date for the DotA Tournament as of right now.
But the Staff Retreat is also happening on that day.
If we are doing something for the Staff Retreat, can the DotA Tournament still happen on the same day?

I dont know if we are doing something for the Staff Retreat, but if we have something to do, isn't it possible that some people work for the Dota Tournament, and the others work for the Staff Retreat?

The staff won't leave until 3 pm, so if you get permission for a few of you to do the DOTA tournament from 11:30 - 2:30, that is probably ok. I guess it depends how long you were planning to play. Everyone will need to be out of the school by 3 pm. I definitely don't think all of you need to go up on Friday evening to the retreat, so it could be possible for you guys to divide and conquer. If Paul can talk to Mrs. Newell before lunch on Monday about the details of the retreat, that would probably be helpful. If not, we'll just need to wait to confirm this until Thursday.

Oh ok. Don't I have to turn the proposal in by today, though?

Can you include Sims too?

If the people don't really mind playing only 3 hours, then that sounds good, doing two things on the same day!

And for Staff retreat, did we decide anything yet? Are we going to divide into two groups or are we all going together?

We are going to have time to talk about the Baby Sitting during our meeting on Monday. There is no need to stress about it at this moment. But thank you ,So Yeon, for reminding us about it.

Paul, the DOTA proposal can be run by me Monday before you go home and then given to Mr. Cooley if everything is ok. It is understandable at the beginning of the year that some proposals might be a little late in submission.
