What was the event?
Picnic Day

Who was the planned Point Person for this activity or event?
Mook

Who led the event?
Pretty much all the StuCo members since the event didn't really need any leading maybe except for Min Young who opened the event in prayer.

What did you contribute to the planning, organizing and cleaning up of events?
I made the advertisements and participated by bringing food to share.

How stressed were you during the event? Why?
I wasnt stressed at all, I wanted more people to come join, but Picnic Day is always an easy, non-stressful event. So it was fine.

How much of your full potential do you feel you contributed to the event? Why?
90% I could have asked around for more tikars and advertise it better to the middle schoolers.

What was the best part of the event?
Eating other people's food and taking pictures.

What part of the event needed the most help?
Getting more people to come, I think.

Anything else you want to say or add about the planning for, execution, and clean-up of the event?
For next time, Wesley and I should team up and talk about doing Minute To Win It or some other little games that can draw more people to come participate.

I don't think I was a big part of the committee other than telling people to come. We could have advertised more by putting the picnic day on lunch menu.

What was the best part of the event?
Eating together with people, talking, and taking pictures.

What part of the event needed the most help?
Getting more people to come and getting the tikars.

Anything else you want to say or add about the planning for, execution, and clean-up of the event?
We should have a desert Picnic Day or short games like Minute to Win It. And, we should have Picnic Day on lunch menus next time so that people will know it.
